Full Face Rejuvenation
Looking at the Face as a Whole
Full Face Rejuvenation is a personalised approach for patients whose concerns involve several areas of the face rather than one isolated feature. Facial ageing occurs gradually across multiple layers, including the skin, fat, bone and supporting tissues, and the way these changes interact can influence overall facial balance. Treating one visible line or adding volume to one area does not always address the wider reason somebody feels their appearance has changed.
At YT Medical, Full Face Rejuvenation begins with a comprehensive facial assessment. We consider skin quality, facial proportions, volume distribution, structural support, tissue laxity and movement, as well as which changes are actually important to the patient. The aim is not to treat every possible sign of ageing, but to identify the areas where carefully selected intervention could make the greatest overall difference.
What Can Full Face Rejuvenation Include?
Full Face Rejuvenation is a treatment plan rather than one specific procedure. Depending on the individual, the approach may involve carefully selected dermal filler, regenerative or biostimulatory treatments, skin-quality procedures, tightening treatments or consultation-led management of facial lines. Some patients may benefit from treatment across more than one area, while others achieve the most proportionate result through a relatively limited intervention.
Where dermal filler is appropriate, treatment may consider areas such as the cheeks, chin, jawline or other points of structural support rather than simply placing filler directly wherever a line or fold is visible. Regenerative approaches may be recommended where declining skin or tissue quality is a more important factor than volume loss, while tightening procedures may have a greater role where laxity is the dominant concern.
A Staged and Proportionate Approach
Full-face treatment does not mean using large quantities of product or completing multiple procedures in one appointment. In many cases, a staged approach is preferable, allowing each treatment to settle before deciding whether anything further is required. This also helps avoid the progressive overfilling that can occur when individual areas are repeatedly treated without considering their relationship to the rest of the face.
Your treatment plan will prioritise the concerns identified during consultation and explain why each recommended procedure has a role. If a particular feature does not require treatment, we will not recommend altering it simply to create a larger treatment plan.
Natural-Looking Facial Rejuvenation
Our objective is to help patients look refreshed and balanced while maintaining the features that make their face individual. Ageing is a normal biological process, and aesthetic treatment should not be based on the idea that every sign of age needs to be removed.
The amount of change that can realistically be achieved depends on anatomy, skin and tissue quality, previous treatment and the procedures selected. Where non-surgical treatment is unlikely to meet a patient’s expectations, this will be discussed openly rather than attempting to compensate with excessive injectable treatment.
Book a Full Face Consultation
If you have noticed several changes across the face and are unsure which treatment would be most appropriate, a Full Face Rejuvenation consultation provides an opportunity to consider the complete picture before making any decisions.
