A Clinical Approach to Facial and Skin Rejuvenation

Advanced Aesthetics at YT Medical is centred on individual assessment, proportion and natural-looking outcomes. Rather than beginning with a specific injectable or procedure, we first consider what the patient would actually like to improve and how changes in skin, volume, structure and facial movement contribute to that concern.

Our treatment portfolio includes facial rejuvenation, dermal fillers, skin tightening, regenerative aesthetics, medical microneedling, skin treatments and selected body-contouring procedures. These services are delivered within the same consultation-led philosophy used throughout YT Medical: understand the concern first, explain the available options clearly and recommend treatment only where it is appropriate.

Facial Rejuvenation

Ageing does not affect one part of the face in isolation. Changes can involve skin quality, collagen, facial fat, underlying support and muscle movement, which is why treating a single line or feature is not always the most appropriate approach. Our Facial Rejuvenation services include consultation-led management of lines and wrinkles, Dermal Fillers, Lip Enhancement, Cheek Enhancement, Chin Augmentation, Jawline Contouring, Tear Trough Rejuvenation, Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty and Full Face Rejuvenation.

The aim is not to create a standardised aesthetic appearance. Treatment is planned around the patient’s existing features, facial proportions and desired degree of change.

Skin Tightening and Regenerative Aesthetics

For patients primarily concerned with laxity, skin quality or gradual age-related changes, YT Medical also offers a range of regenerative and tissue-stimulating approaches. These include RegeneLift™, EndoFibre Lift, Hyperdilute Biostimulation, PDO Threads, Plasma Fibroblast, PRP, PRF, Polynucleotides, Profhilo, Sunekos and Skin Boosters.

Each works differently. Some are intended mainly to improve tissue quality, some provide structural support, while others use energy or controlled stimulation to encourage collagen remodelling. The appropriate choice depends on the area being treated, degree of laxity, skin quality, medical history and the patient’s expectations.

Skin Treatments

Advanced Aesthetics also includes treatments focused more directly on the quality and surface of the skin, including BioRePeel, Chemical Peels and Medical Microneedling. These may be considered for concerns such as uneven texture, superficial pigmentation, acne-related changes, dullness and selected forms of scarring.

A consultation helps determine whether a skin-focused approach is sufficient or whether another regenerative, laser or structural treatment would better address the underlying concern.

Treatment Planning at YT Medical

More treatment does not necessarily produce a better outcome. For some patients, one carefully selected procedure may be enough. Others may benefit from a phased plan that addresses different elements gradually rather than attempting to change everything during one appointment.

We will discuss expected outcomes, recovery, limitations and any relevant risks before you decide whether to proceed. Where a prescription treatment may be considered, this follows an appropriate clinical assessment and prescribing process rather than being treated as a product that can simply be selected from a menu.
